Offpage controls the information submitted through this site. For privacy questions, access requests, objections, corrections and deletion requests, email info@offpageseoagency.com.
What is collected
The form requires a name, email address, website address, a description of the page and what has been tried, and a monthly budget. Cloudflare may also process technical request and abuse-prevention data when it serves the page and verifies the Turnstile challenge.
Purpose and lawful basis
Consider applications for the work and protect the form from abuse. The lawful basis is legitimate interests. Offpage does not add you to a newsletter, reuse enquiry data for unrelated marketing, sell it, or use it to build an advertising audience.
Processors and delivery
The submitted form record lives in local SQLite storage, with end-to-end encrypted backup copies in Proton Drive. Cloudflare serves the site and provides Turnstile abuse prevention. Google delivers the application to Offpage's mailbox and provides that mailbox and any later direct correspondence.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their applicable transfer safeguards.
Retention
The submitted form record expires 12 months after submission. Offpage's technical event metadata expires after 30 days. Google mailbox messages have no fixed automatic deletion schedule.
Your choices
You may ask for a copy of the submitted information, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, request deletion where applicable, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or ask for processing to be restricted. You may also complain to the data-protection authority available to you. Use info@offpageseoagency.com for any of these requests.
