What is collected
The form requires a name, email address, website address, and description of the SEO problem. Cloudflare may also process technical request and abuse-prevention data when it serves the page and verifies the Turnstile challenge.
Homepage relationship check
The placement relationship check processes its categorical answers only in the current browser tab. Offpage does not receive, upload, store, add to an enquiry, or write those answers to browser storage.
Purpose and lawful basis
Assess and answer voluntary business enquiries and protect the form from abuse. The lawful basis is legitimate interests. Offpage does not reuse enquiry data for unrelated marketing, sell it, or use it to build an advertising audience.
Processors and delivery
The submitted form record lives in local SQLite storage, with end-to-end encrypted backup copies in Proton Drive. Cloudflare serves the site and provides Turnstile abuse prevention. Google delivers the minimal notification to Offpage and provides the mailbox that receives it and any later direct correspondence.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their applicable transfer safeguards.
Retention
The submitted form record expires 12 months after submission. Offpage's technical event metadata expires after 30 days. Google mailbox messages have no fixed automatic deletion schedule.
Your choices
You may ask for a copy of the submitted information, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, request deletion where applicable, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or ask for processing to be restricted. You may also complain to the data-protection authority available to you. Use info@offpageseoagency.com for any of these requests.
What the form does not do
It does not subscribe you to a newsletter, purchase a service, request link-only fulfilment, trigger an audit, book a call, or promise a reply. Do not submit credentials or sensitive personal information.
